1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to update this information to keep it current and accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the service through a single account unless specifically permitted by your subscription plan.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription options:

• Free Account: Limited access to sample CCS cases
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all CCS cases, detailed grading, and performance analytics
• Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may vary by plan duration

4.2 Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription and on each renewal date
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these Terms

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account profile.

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with at least 30 days’ written notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

5. Educational Disclaimer

MasterCCS is designed as a study tool for USMLE Step 3 preparation. Our simulations are intended for educational purposes only and should not be used for actual patient care decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, our cases and clinical scenarios may not reflect all real-world clinical situations. Users should supplement their preparation with official USMLE resources and other study materials.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Content

All CCS cases, medical scenarios, order databases, and associated materials are the intellectual property of MasterCCS and are protected by copyright law.

6.2 Platform and Technology

Our platform, including the website design, simulation technology, and all related software, is owned by MasterCCS and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.3 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the CCS simulations for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Track your progress and performance within the platform

6.4 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish CCS cases or platform content
• Create derivative works based on our content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Sell, license, or otherwise commercialize access to our content
• Share case content or answers with others

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
